I slept in, but not as much as yesterday. The head cold is starting to recede.
I took the Metro to the south part of Lyon, near where I stayed on day 23. There was a promising restaurant there -- 3 Brasseurs Venissieux -- that wasn't serving food when I tried them in the afternoon of Day 23. This time I got there shortly after noon, and the kitchen was open! I opted for the poutine.

Across the patio from me I spotted a guy with a daypack with "Oxbow" on it. Not quite the Oxbow Adventures logo, but I guess if I want to expand my adventure race directing business to France I'll want to work something out with Oxbow Shops to see if they'll do custom stuff for the racers.

After lunch I walked for a while and wandered eventually to a Metro station to head back to the hotel. I stumbled across a St. Joan of Arc church. It looks a bit different than the Omaha version.

Back to the hotel for a bit, then scooter, Metro, and tram to the France v. Italy match. After the match I got back to the hotel just after midnight.
